The Swann-Morton blades are of very high quality and especially very precise. Depending on the size of the blade, it will be used with either blade holder no. 3 or no. 4 (see below). · For blade holder no. 3: Blades no. 10, 11, and 15

· For blade holder no. 4: Blades no. 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24

Indications

Swann-Morton blades will be used depending on the use and the area of the foot:

Example: To remove calluses, a corn, or a callosity on a specific area of the foot (toe), we will use either 10, 11, or 15. However, when it comes to removing hyperkeratosis on a larger part of the foot (heel and/or the surface of the metatarsal heads), we will then use 20, 21, 22, 23, or 24.

This is just a recommendation; the most important thing is that, regardless of the blade you use, you must be comfortable working with it to safely perform your pedicure care.

Advice:

Change the blade for each patient.
Dispose of the blades in designated blade containers.
