Leasing and Renting Solutions

We have taken your requests into account, and after a few weeks of organization, we are announcing that we have been offering leasing solutions for several weeks now. If you wish to set up your office, Podialux supports you in your steps as well as in the realization of your project. The idea of a Leasing is to be able to have professional equipment without having to invest significant funds. In return, you pay a monthly fee over a predefined period.

It's a fact, everything is increasing, energy, fuel, etc... unfortunately, like many other sectors, we are not spared.

Some of you wish to set up your office. It is perfectly understandable in this period to keep your liquidity, and your setup project therefore takes a back seat.

Leasing: Exactly, what is it?

Leasing is a form of fixed-term rental contract. It allows the client to have new equipment in exchange for paying rent, solely for the use of the equipment. This is paid either monthly or quarterly over a period ranging from 12 to 60 months.

For which equipment?

Leasing can be requested for a minimum amount of €600 excluding VAT. For a milling machine, a chair, a stool, a trolley, lamps, or any other equipment. But also for all computer equipment related to your office. As many of you know, Podialux is a branch of IQ Technologies, specializing in computer equipment and security.

For whom?

Podialux has partnered with a financial institution offering leasing solutions exclusively to professionals. Indeed, the professional must be registered with the central business database and hold a VAT number and/or a company number.

What is the advantage of Leasing?

Its main advantage is to allow the client to use new, quality equipment without having to buy it, while retaining the option to acquire it at the end of the contract.

What are the options for the client at the end of the leasing contract?

At the end of their Leasing contract, the client has several options:

  • A purchase option for the equipment: An evaluation of the residual value is carried out. Based on this, a purchase offer is made to the client.
  • Renewal of the contract: If at the end of the contract, the client has not indicated 3 months in advance that they wish to buy or return the equipment, the contract will be automatically renewed for consecutive periods of 6 months.
  • Return of the equipment: At the end of the contract, the client will return the equipment in its original condition.
