Stainless steel burrs in general: their characteristics
- They have a cutting effect.
- They will be used for nail treatment and on the skin for the removal of calluses.
- Their lifespan will be somewhat more limited than their variant which is in tungsten carbide, and therefore much more resistant.
- However, a small exception is observed for the Onyclean burr: Indeed, this one, which is made of stainless steel, is perfectly suitable for at-risk patients and for sensitive skin.

Some safety and hygiene tips for Busch burrs
- Make sure the burr is properly inserted into the handpiece of the milling machine
