Podocomp liquid resin is recommended for wicking. It may also be used to prepare sliding studs in advance as well as for ungual cracks. The resin comes in a transparent fluid paste contained in a syringe accompanied by 3 needles. It will become hard after photopolymerization.

Necessary equipment to work with Podocomp L resin

Podoprimer (photopolymerize for 10 seconds)
Podocomp L with a needle nozzle (Photopolymerize for 40-60 seconds)
Brush holder with a disposable brush nozzle
Polimerization lamp
Podocomp Dry (degreaser)
Titanium wire (if preparing studs in advance)

Advice

Store the syringe at a temperature between 2C° and 25C°
Do not put in the fridge
Close immediately after use, do not leave the syringe open during photopolymerization: Your syringe would no longer be usable.
Before disinfecting your needle nozzle, slide a titanium wire or a staple nozzle so that the resin does not dry.
Do not use after the expiry date.

Composition of Podocomp L liquid resin

Resinous matrix: Radioopaque glass- pyrogenic silica – methacrylate (BIS-GMA) – catalyst – Stabilizer – class lia pigments (93/42 EEC).

Total charge content: 85% by weight (65% by volume) - Glass charges: average size of 0.75 mm. Dispersed dioxide: average particle size 0.04 mm
