The Orthonyxia/Onychoplasty Kit in Detail

• The curing lamp: This will be used to photopolymerize the resin. The photopolymerization time will be adjusted according to the resin.
• The Podoprimer: It is essential for the adhesion of resins on the nail. This bonding is to be photopolymerized for 10-20 seconds.
• The Podocomp L: It is perfectly suited for nail packing and to fill a nail crack. This fluid resin is also used for preparing titanium wire plots. The Podocomp L is to be photopolymerized for 40 seconds.
• The Podocomp F: This flexible resin will be used for non-fungal nail reconstruction. It can also be used for the titanium wire plot method and for curvature blocking. The Podocomp F is perfect for at-risk patients or athletes. It is to be photopolymerized for 40-60 seconds.
• The titanium wire: The titanium wire will be used for orthonyxia with the Podocomp F.
• The brush holder: This has two practical sides. Indeed, one side will be used to attach a brush tip. The other side will be ideal for extracting the resin from your syringe.
• The brush tip bag: These are single-use. The brush tip will be attached to the brush holder and its purpose will be to apply the Podoprimer on the nail or in the nail groove.

Storage and Advice

• The resins and Podoprimer should be stored in a place where the temperature is between 2°C and 25°C. However, they cannot be refrigerated.
• Close immediately after use: Indeed, if the syringe is open during photopolymerization, it will no longer be usable.
• For syringe tips used for fluid resin: Before disinfection, insert a titanium wire or a staple tip to prevent the resin from drying.
• Products cannot be used after the expiration date.
